Not only is the scheme redefining the city centre, it is triggering investment and redevelopment across neighbouring locations.

The current demand for homes and rental properties in Sheffield is rising at a rate faster than can be provided, meaning the opportunities for buy-to-let investments are fantastic. Compared to it's rival cities, Sheffield boasts cheaper investment opportunities, with average house prices less than that of Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham. However, thanks to regeneration across the city, house prices continue
