Chloe Davey
Hi! My name is Chloe and I was raised in Halifax, West Yorkshire before moving to Sheffield in 2013. In 2018, I began my own property investment journey, completing my first property refurbishment in Sheffield. This was a huge project that taught me many lessons, but most importantly it sparked my huge passion for property. I love hunting for great property deals, and I always find myself disappointed that I can’t buy them all myself (I would if I could!). Many of these deals are just too good to let go, so together with my partner Dominic, we decided to set up The Sourcing Circle, bringing our great deals to other investors. We can’t wait to start working with you!
Dominic Boyden
My name is Dominic and I am from Sheffield, South Yorkshire. After graduating from university with a Business Management degree I was eager to learn more about the property industry. With a keen desire to make great investments with my money, investing in property makes complete sense to me - after all, every person will always need a place to live! After many months of training and studying I developed a great passion for finding property deals but similar to Chloe, found myself frustrated that I can't buy all the deals myself. So by setting up The Sourcing Circle, we want to help fellow investors succeed by passing on our great property deals. We aim to build strong relationships with potential investors so that together we can have success!
