HOW DOES IT WORK?
When you subscribe to our mailing list, we will get in contact with you to find out about your specific property investment requirements. We'll ask you things like your preferred location, budget, investment strategy, etc so that we can get a good idea of what it is you're looking for.
If we come across a property that matches your requirements, we will send you an email directly with the property brochure and a spreadsheet of the figures. If the property looks of interest to you, let us know and we will take it forward from there.
We also send out weekly property deals to all of our subscribed investors every Wednesday morning (and sometimes a cheeky extra one in the week if we can't wait til Wednesday!).
We never advertise any of our deals online, so make sure to subscribe to our mailing list so you don’t miss out - it’s free to join!
Once you have subscribed to become a member of The Sourcing Circle, you will begin to receive emails with details of our great property deals.

You will receive our email - if you like the look of the property follow the instructions on the email to get in touch.

If you'd like to proceed, we'll send over the T&Cs and an invoice for the finder's fee. Once we've received these we'll arrange a call to disclose the full property details.

The property will be marked as Sold Subject To Contract, and the purchase will go through in the normal process.

We'll call you to discuss details of the property, e.g. room sizes, proposed refurbishment, location, etc.

We will pass your contact details onto the selling agent who will get in touch with you to request your documents.
6.
We will step back and let you deal directly with the agent - but we'll always be on hand to answer any questions!
